  • We suggest ending your sales at least two weeks prior to the date you plan to submit your yearbook layout for printing. This allows time to finalize your order and send in a signed order agreement along with payment.

  • There is no official deadline for submitting your yearbook for printing, but production time will need to be taken into account to ensure your books are delivered at a time that works for your school’s schedule. 

    Your Yearbook Representative can help walk you through when your layout needs to be submitted to guarantee your desired delivery date is met.

  • Yes! We can add or remove pages in increments of four at any time during the yearbook process. Quantity can also be adjusted up or down at any time before your final order agreement is signed. Please keep in mind that any changes could affect the final cost of your yearbook.

  • You can browse and submit our exclusive Inter-State covers directly through our cover website at coverstudio.inter-state.com. If you're creating a custom cover using our file specifications, it can also be uploaded on the same site. Alternatively, custom covers may be submitted through your Yearbook Representative by emailing digital files or mailing in original artwork.

  • Each yearbook platform offers a “forgot password” option when logging in. If you lose your password, please click the link on the login page, enter your email address and wait for an email with a secure link to reset your password!

  • If you plan to accept online sales through our website, the Yearbook Advisor will have access to our Yearbook Sales Site. This online platform allows you to track your online orders in real time. Cash and/or check sales can also be recorded, so all of your yearbook sales are in the same location. You can access this website here.

    If you do not allow online sales, we recommend creating a spreadsheet with your cash and check sales to track incoming orders.

  • To learn more about individualized training sessions for our yearbook design programs, provided by our Tech Support team, reach out to your Yearbook Representative and they can get you set up and scheduled.

  • Inter-State requires the following items before your yearbook layout can go into production: a print-ready yearbook file submitted directly from your yearbook design program, a signed order agreement and either a 50% payment or a school purchase order for the total amount due.

  • Inter-State provides free, customized order forms to help you promote your yearbook, plus access to our webstore for easy online ordering.
